We are delighted to announce the 25 exceptionally talented photographers who have been honored in the “AAP Magazine #40: Portrait” competition.

The moment an emotion or fact is transformed into a photograph, it is no longer a fact but an opinion.” This quote perfectly encapsulates the essence of portrait photography, where the goal is to capture more than just a likeness — it’s about conveying a deeper truth and perspective.
Portrait photography spans a vast array of practices and forms.
